Commercialization Manager (Footwear)Headhunt jobs

- To be responsible for all stages of the product commercialization on site.
- To commercialize the product to Coach Quality standard, design aesthetics shoe, construction
and meet cost margin requirements.
- To partner with Service Providers (SP) and On Site Engineer (OSE) in Industrial Engineering to
drive production efficiencies.
- To provide feedback to Product Developer of Coach International Limited (CIL) on
commercialization and production matters.
- To manage working cost and final cost.
- To manage and lead on-site Product Development team and Quality team and to oversee the
whole commercialization sampling process at SP and driving performance.
1. Product commercialization: 60%
2. Product Costing: 10%
3. Relationship and Information Management: 30%

- Min. of 7 years of working experience in product development in fashion and casual shoes. High-end brand experience is preferred.
- Min. of 2 years of supervisory skills
- Manufacturing and costing experience in leather goods is a plus.
- Good computer Skills
- Strong communication skills in written and oral English.
