Commercial – Logistics Staff

I. Commercial
1 Send inquiries for vendors and do negotiations
2 Prepare contracts with customers and suppliers
3 Send contracts to customers, suppliers and collect signed contracts
4 Collect documents and submit to accounting department to release payment.
5 Update incoming orders

II. Logistics
1 Work with forwarders and suppliers to import and export commodities
2 Prepare contracts and other supporting docs to match with customers’ requirements
3 Check imported tax rate and chose HS code to minimize tax payable
4 Prepare hand-over notes, packing lists to deliver commodities to customers
5 Other tasks assigned by direct manager

1. Experience requirement: at least 2 years
2. Qualification: Bachelor of economics or related field

- Salary: competitive and negotiable , 100% salary during probation time
