Mô tả công việc

PURPOSE
- Responsible for the set up and achievement of agreed sales targets and business plans
- Management of processes to ensure compliance with the group governance standards Product Stewardship and General Business Principles
- Develop sales staff competencies & professionalism to meet future resource requirements
- Responsibility for market intelligent, customers’ analysis, competitors’ movement, and initiation new business opportunities to TOP Solvent Management Team.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The job involves providing Leadership to the sales teams to deliver on annual targets on volumes, margins and product strategy manage the relationship with key customer accounts, and Distributor management.
- Managing HSE-MS to ensure compliance with those aspects related to Sales.
- Implementing Product stewardship initiatives through training / coaching of staff and management controls.
- Credit management & control to achieve group target.
- Coaching / leading sales resources to implement the Group Marketing Strategy.
- Keep TOP Solvent's position as a leading supplier of solvents in Vietnam.
- Ensure a low cost culture is developed.
- To draw up and implement business / market plans to achieve product strategies devised by TOP Solvent Management
- To develop and maintain key customers and business relationships
- To identify and develop quality new business opportunities
- Create innovative solutions to meet customer requirements whilst maximising the value to TOP Group taking due account of all risks including credit, price risk, and Group reputation.
- Focal point of the MMT (Margin Management Team)
- No of Sales staff directly report to: 05 FTEs

Yêu cầu ứng viên

QUALIFICATION & WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- BA in economics, 10 years experience in sales or marketing with at least 5 years at managing level; extra chemical background will be an advantage.
- Be strong in communication, people management skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills,
- Computer skill: good in MS word, Excell, Power point, SAP system
- Good command of English, Madarin will be an advantage
