Commercial Leasing Executive

Manage the on-site residential Leasing.
Carryout daily and weekly meetings with the staff ensuring maximum output & the proper communication
Manage all day to day activities in the Residential Leasing.
In charge of all marketing initiatives for the projects including advertising schedules, production of new marketing materials such as Brochures etc,
Active Residential leasing of all projects
Management of all lease renewals and the associated paperwork.
Active daily weekly and Monthly reporting of all activities to your Head of department and Client
Attend meetings with client as and when requested by the client
Responsibility for occupancy forecasts, apartment pricing structures, leasing strategies,
Achieve targets for your team set by the Head of department
Review all offers and leases with senior management
Assisting the Head of Leasing Agency by ensuring the timely payment of all property operations related invoices.
Actively seeking new solutions and creating new opportunities maintain a file system for the completed leasing reports.
Assist in the hiring of staff where directed
Liaise with the Management team for any move-ins of new tenants.
Deal with any complaints that may arise for the leasing of units and where necessary the backing of the Management department
Ensure the comfort of all tenants at all times.

- Education background in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or any related field.
- Minimum at least 2 year experience in same position.
- Good at speaking in English.
- Active, willing to learn and self - confidence characteristic.
- Can work under very high pressure.
