Commercial Investment Senior Executive

1. Rebate / Kickback / Commercial Investment:
Commercial Investment refers to the monetary support given to the business trading partners in executing sales promotion activities, with the key objectives in: maximizing the sales & market share, reducing the market stock, enhancing the brand image & product positioning
• Lead the end-to-end process relating to commercial investment (including planning, execution, and review) together with business stakeholders
• Address and resolve the financial issues relating to daily operational usage of commercial investment system
• Review and update the price relating to the business
• Keep track of free gift and bundling promotion items

2. Ad Hoc Support on Financial / Management Reporting :
• Consolidate actualized / forecast / budget data from relevant parties
• Convert raw data into appropriate template for system upload
• Ensure the accuracy of system data against the consolidated raw data

3. Process Improvement: Review the current work processes and make improvement to streamline them

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a MNC/international company
• Good in reporting, analysis and problem solving skills
• Result oriented and able to work in challenging environment with multiple priorities
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
