Commercial Head

Overview:
The head of the commerce department we are looking for is a person with strong business thinking, a deep understanding of marketing and sales on e-commerce and or digital platforms, to help drive sales and reputation of a new e-commerce platform in furniture and home-styling - FITIN.VN

Responsibilities:
Business strategy:
• Develop short-term and long-term commercial strategies based on an analysis of industry / business performance / information and potential competitors;
• Set goals, set a business strategy and provide important indicators to manage with the support of the leadership team;
• Create and maintain a yearly sales and promotional calendar ensuring alignment with financial plans, Customer shopping behavior, and brand investment patterns.

Marketing Management:
• Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.
• Analyze market and customer information to come up with Integrated Marketing Communication Plan to attract customers and boost business growth;
• Creating a vision, plan and processes to take the Fit In digital shopping experience (in site, app and other platforms) to the next level (inspiration, curation, personalization) and offer a best-in-class customer experience
• Owning brand and content initiatives to build and develop FitIn brand equity among targeted user groups
• Managing the team to drive traffic, conversion and ROI across all digital acquisition channels as well as to grow a customer database to target via email, SMS, social, Google, application...

Sales Management:
• Supervising & leading the implementation of the Sales team to promote sales and market growth;
• Owning sales and promotional calendar from concept to execution.
• Driving sales and margin on FitIn platforms through careful analysis of historical and live KPIs, success metrics, and areas for growth
• Driving offline sales initiative to support Fit In awareness, reputation and sales traffic

Workflow management:
• Monitor financial indicators, brands, update customer trends to maximize revenue and profits;
• Leading the cross-department relationships involved when planning and executing campaigns to engage our customers in a whole new way with the ultimate goal of growing revenue.
• Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with product / service suppliers;
• Evaluate new technologies and partners for inclusion into the companies ecosystem

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing / sales / business development
• Experience in the field of Ecommerce, Tech, Retail, or FMCG is an advantage
• Capacity:
o Strong data analysis skills, strong problem solving, Proficiency with site analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
o Proven experience planning, executing, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns
o Demonstrated understanding of retail e-commerce landscape
o Ability to coordinate, plan, track and organize the system
o Deep understanding of digital marketing and demonstrating ROI on campaigns
o Strong organizational and project management skills
o Ability to be action and detail oriented, organized with ability to manage teams to execute within deadlines
o Leverage strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with cross functional resources
