Mô tả công việc

The Commercial Lead for Vietnam shrimp will provide strategic leadership for all sales and go-to-market activities for the growing aquaculture feed business in Cargill Vietnam. Primary accountability is to lead the commercial team to achieve financial targets and overall business goals for the shrimp segment and enable targeted execution of the Vietnam shrimp growth strategy. This role reports directly to the Managing Director of Thailand & Vietnam.

60% Sales & Business Management
- Grow VN Shrimp sales volume, margin, and gross contribution consistent with business targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop a customer-focused sales organization to drive value creation
- Manage SG&A in line with business growth and management expectations

15% Talent Development
- Manage and develop a national sales team of 30+ people
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets
- Build commercial excellence capabilities across the organization
- Ensure a talent pipeline is in place for succession on all key positions

15% Strategic Marketing & Technology Partnership
- Collaborate with Strategic Marketing, Technical Application, and Operations (QA/QC and production) to ensure products meets customer needs requirements and have point of differentiation in a competitive marketplace
- Ensure sales team understands and communicates product and service value proposition
- Lead the sales team to collect Proof of Performance (POP) to validate product performance
- Ensure all technical training support to Sales/Marketing and key customers is well-organized

10% Pricing Management
- Work with Pricing Lead to recommend pricing strategies to maximize volume and margins across the portfolio
- Manage pricing execution; understand competitor price and market movements and manage response

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or relevant industries. Background in Animal Sciences/ Agricultural/ Fisheries/Veterinary Medicine is preferable
- 6+ years experience in Sales or Commercial Leadership, have a strong track record of generating sales and growing business in competitive environments; experience in the shrimp industry is preferred
- Strong expertise in Sales processes: Value Base Solution Process, etc.
- Proven success in leading the development and implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities, has deep industry insight to read market and drive growth in Shrimp
- Advanced experience positively influencing and collaborating while engaging the full scope of his/her team
- Strong leadership and communication skills - Ensure commercial team capabilities and services meet customer requirements
- Demonstrated decision-making and problem solving ability
