Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Commercial and Industrial End Users located in North Vietnam in the domain of Secure Power (1PH UPS, 3PH UPS, cooling,…)
2. Reach individual target
3. Platform approach and convert top end users to our solution and technology to prioritize our focus
4. Platform, approach and recruit potential partners focusing in Commercial and Industrial market to reach diffuse market
5. Develop internal and external collaboration and competencies in this domain to leverage the full Schneider Electric organization
6. Activate the market with partners enablement, end user seminar and contractors/resellers events.
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Direct engagement with key End users in C&I market
• Platform, approach and convert key End Users
• Build and execute Customer Action Plan
• Ensure proper time allocation per End Users profile and opportunities
• Generate and follow pipeline
• Reach Sales target
2. Strategy development and deployment: Direct responsibility for the formulation of C&I strategy in North
• Build plan, processes and resources needs to succeed in C&I market
• Activate the market with seminar, events, and partners engagement
• Market selection, programs, tactics, pricing
3. Enable and collaborate with others Schneider Electric Teams to reach their markets
• Empower other Sales people from others division to prescribe and sell our solution to their customers and market
• Joint visit to support selling cycle
• Review and support pipeline
• Define rules of engagement with other Sales persons
4. Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure customer intimacy with relevant customers (e.g. end-users, distributors, dealers, re-sellers..)
5. Team player & team spirit
• Maintain and develop good relations with team and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast of information and latest update

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (IT Engineering, Industrial or Science an advantage)
Working Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a sales role in Industrial, commercial or UPS market
Good experience in electrical and automation field
Business Understanding: Commercial profile with knowledge and experience in the M&E industry is a must
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
Good command of spoken and written English.
Computer literate and presentation skills
Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince
Willing to travel – provinces, cities of Vietnam
Working Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a sales role in Industrial, commercial or UPS market
Good experience in electrical and automation field
