* Objective of Position
The post holder is a member of the Commercial function of Rosneft Vietnam B.V. and is required to:
- Own/ build NCSP economic models for economic evaluation and financial reporting;
- Understand legal and commercial agreements of NCSP to support daily management and execution;
- Review and monitor performances and deliveries of NCSP’s annual work program and budget;
- Understand the fundamentals of other assets within Rosneft Vietnam B.V. (such as Block 06.1 and Block 05-3/11) so as to provide supports when required;

Main Functions
* Direct Functions
- List of tasks, actions and processes performed by the employee holding this position and within his/her
sphere of personal responsibility – not involving continuous participation by colleagues, line manager and / or subordinates
- Perform economic evaluation and give advisory views to Management; be able to build and make changes to economic models for evaluations and reporting.
- Understand all contractual arrangements to support execution and/or negotiation of existing and new agreements.
- Provide input and analysis to Business Plans, annual Performance Contract and annual Work Program and Budget.
- Understand key commercial arrangements of other assets in order to provide support when required.
- Develope relationship with NCSP Organisation.
- Complete tasks reasonably assigned by line manager within own competence.
- Comply with all company HSE requirements for the job and as a minimum with all HSE requirements including golden safety rules
- Strictly comply with Rosneft’s Policy on Combatting Corruption and all relevant procedures of Rosneft Vietnam B.V. in the implementation of the Policy.

* Regulation of Activities
International, state and corporate regulations, standards, terms of reference, instructions and rules that must be followed when performing the work:
Corporate regulations: HSSE, Integrity Management, Employees, Business Travel, Golden Rules and etc.
Vietnamese laws and regulations in petroleum

* Education:
Level and area of education necessary to perform properly in this position
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Accounting and/or Corporate Finance
Knowledge / Skills:
Special and / or specific knowledge and skills that may be required to perform successfully in this position
- Economic evaluation skills: experiences in economic evaluation for oil and gas projects
- Contractual arrangements: good ability to learn and understand complex commercial arrangement of legal and commercial contracts
- Planning and performance management: be able to provide input to and monitor deliveries of business plans and annual Work Program and Budget
- Partner relationship: good ability to develop and enhance relationship with relevant stakeholders
- Good ability to work and cooperate with others
Language Skills:
Language and degree of competence Fluency in English

Work Experience:
Experience that is genuinely required to perform at the above functions at the necessary level
Preferred 1+ years of experience in commercial, finance, accounting or planning areas

Computer Skills:
Knowledge of software (standard and/or specialized) necessary to perform the work Excellence in Excel & PowerPoint
