***General Purpose of the Position
- Our growing company is seeking to hire a Color and Material Manager who will be responsible for guiding and organizing the framas color and material team. The job includes leading the team by providing training and mentorship, setting goals, creating and improving color and material processes. The Color and Material Manager is the key and contact person in all matters of color and material, from development stage to mass production of finished goods.
- Having understanding in technical processes and open for innovation, especially in regards of digitalization is crucial. A technical college/university degree or related is required. In order to succeed in this role, the candidate will need excellent management and problem solving skills.
***Job Responsibilities
• Leading and managing color and material team in office and on the shop floor, organizing the workflow and job distribution.
• Follow the framas strategy of digitalization, lead projects together with related departments and implement new processes.
• Organize and schedule training for the color and material team.
• Implementation of a new master batch supplier strategy and management of all color suppliers.
• Responsibility to have functioning color formulas and material in time, quantity and quality for injection molding mass production prepared.
• Planning, quality assurance and operation of three extrusion processes.
• Prepare, implement and follow-up 5S and Safety standards in the Color and Material areas.
• Lead and manage the color development team, work close with related departments, manage problem solving topics.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Technical college/university or related field
• Experience in colors, color development, master batches and/or plastic industry
• Experience in material extruding and compounding, injection molding or similar
• Experience in system/process management
• Management skills, Lean and innovative mindset
• Leadership capability and intention to work organized and structured
• Office computer skills and fluent in English
