College Principal

• Being responsible for the day-to-day running of the college.
• Being responsible for the strategic positioning and pursuit of strategic goals derived from the objectives laid out by the Board of Management and the business plan of the college.
• Promoting Pegasus’s courses and activities to students, parents, and relevant constituencies as well as fostering and effective working relationships with them.
• Providing leadership, conducting and implementing strategic planning
• Reporting , planning, analyzing as per requirement
• Achieving the financial target of Pegasus and marketing Pegasus nationally and internationally.
• Managing the infrastructure and other assets of Pegasus.
• Ensuring the well-being of staff and students.
• Developing, administering and promoting the academic programs and academic support functions of the College
• Coordinating and promoting academic proposals, changes, reviews, and other academics matters in compliance with accrediting bodies, outcomes and other objectives
• Establishing the necessary structures and quality controls
• Optimizing the through-put rate of students.
• Developing long term staffing plan, and making recommendations for the nomination, retention, promotion, tenure and appropriate training of staff
• Handling staff performance, disciplinary procedures and grievances
• Student recruitment, retention and related issues
• Being responsible for managing and controlling the annual budget, and financial management in the college
• Other duties as per required

• Qualification: PHD/ Doctorate Degree in any discipline (preferably Business related or Hospitality related, for example Hospitality Management, Food Science)
• If candidates possesses PHD/ Doctorate Degree in a Discipline rather than Hospitality or Business, Master Degree in Hospitality or Business is an advantage
• International exposure is an advantage
• At least 10 years experience in teaching
• Experience in the management of educational institution(s) is an advantage
• Proficiency in English
• Proven skills in leadership, organization, interpersonal, communications.
