Responsibilities
1.Monitor performance of collection representatives to ensure the level of service is maintained within defined parameters
2.Develop annual goals for collections representatives; prepare and deliver performance evaluations in accordance with CIT policy
3.Ensure the training and mentoring of team members
4.Understanding the processes, roles and responsibilities of the interrelated functions of the business.
5.Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company’s performance metrics for portfolio delinquency percentage, phone, contract
comments, contract adjustment, and issue resolution
6.Prioritization of individual workflow to meet corporate operational initiatives
7.Identify trends and determine system or process improvement opportunities and implement change

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred
2-5 Years of supervisory experience preferred
Strong collection/negotiation skills
Problem/issue resolution capability
Demonstrated initiative/confidence and proactive skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, self-directed, team-based environment
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
Bachelors Degree preferred
