Mô tả công việc
- Division/ Department/Team: Contracted Logistics 2 (CL2)
- Location: Hanh Lac Commune, Nhu Quynh Town, Van Lam District, Hung Yen Province
- Position Reports to: CL2 Manager
- Title: Assistant Manager
- Staff Management: 25 staffs
JOB PURPOSE
To assist CL2 Manager in managing the cold chain logistics including cold warehouse & delivery activities to insure the smooth operation of the whole logistics system service
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
KEY RESULT AREAS
• Planning & process responsibility
- Prepare P&L, PNL forecast for CJF customer
- Regular reporting and analyses of client's performance metrics
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of new work process.
- Develop long term plans to keep stable business
- Assist with high severity requests and solve.
- Closely co-operate with CL2 Managers for smoothly operating.
• Inventory management
- Responsible for inventory & LD.
- Make daily summary report for WH & LD
- Solve the arising issue regarding to stock, destroyed foods etc…
• Customer care
- Meeting customers, provide the best service to CJF.
- Make relationship with CJF customer & CJF’s customer.
- Support & advice customers to lead to optimal solutions; shoot troubles & arisen problems.
- Others as works required.
• Team management
- Lead the team to insure the smooth operation of the warehouse and delivery team
- Assist CL2 Manager in managing the team performance & coaching
MAJOR CHALLENGES
• Improve the current delivery process to meet customer’s demand
• Provide accurate planning & analysis

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• Have 5 years’ working experience in cold chain as level A. Manager for WH & LD.
• Fluent English is a” must” (spoken & written)
• Good at Excel, Power Point and data analysis
• Pleasant interpersonal and communication skills
• Be flexible handling of the situation.
• Report and correspondent writing•
