* GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
- You work with a team, under coal manager to hit the team target
- Working location: HCM City
* SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
‐ Research new customers
‐ Evaluate customers’ needs (both new and current customers) and build productive long lasting relationship
‐ Forecast sales and meet personal sales and team's target
‐ Weekly and monthly report sales plan to sales manager
‐ Other additional task assigned by coal manager

* JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Education/Skills Requirements:
‐ Experienced coal trader with good knowledge of Vietnam private sector market.
- Have good network of customers.
- To lead our coal division.
- With or without coal experience but some trading experience is an advantage
- Good learner and good team player
‐ Computer use competency
‐ Good command of English at 4 skill: listening-speaking-reading-writing.
‐ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
‐ Self‐motivated, sales orientation, achievement driven, trust worthy
