Job Description:
- Coordinate with CS, Supply Planning, PCM, Sales, MKT, Co-packer and warehouse for co-packing arrangement.
- Control co-packing cost as per target.
- Carry out root cause analysis for co-packing cost deployment. Report and highlight to higher management for solution.
- Supervise co-packing service, and drive co-packer performance as per KPIs.
- Resolve co-packing complaint.
- Work out with co-packer to optimize co-packing service and cost.
- Ensure payment to co-packer on time.
- Reporting

Job requirements:
- Have University Degree ( Major in manufacturing/ logistics / supply chain is a plus).
- Have at least 1 year working experience in manufacturing (warehouse & transportation).
- SAP experience are preferred.
- Microsoft office skills.
- Data analysis and leadership skills.
- Presentation and communication skills.
