Job description
• Lead process improvement of costing
• Execute deep analysis of process and organizational issue and suggest solution
• Engage process owners, drive them to execute SAP standardize process
• Provide in depth SAP CO knowledge and solutions. (FI is plus)
• Ability to analyze business and provide consulting services. Good at problem-solution presentation with business users and stakeholders.
• Understand business process requirement and prepare process blueprint.
• Manage, keep track and follow up with assigned tasks promptly.
• Work independently and proactively with strong commitment to deliver solutions to customers.
• Setup and configure system in FICO function area to suit business process requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT and system integration testing.
• Be effective in communicating with technical team and other module in SD, MM, PP, PM area.
• Creating and updating project documents
• User support daily

Must to have:
• Graduated from Business Information System, Information Technology, Industrial Management, Accounting – Auditing majors or a related area of study.
• Has at least total 8 years of working experience and among this, 5 year of process innovation and SAP implementation and/or support experience.
• Experience in global manufacturing industry
• Good communication skill in English.
Nice to have:
• Strong communication & documentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Strong logic thinking is an advantage. Strong research and self-study skill.
• Knowledge about SAP Hana and ABAP or SAP certification is an advantage.
Location :
Mainly, Hung Yen and Thai Nguyen for 1 year. After 1 year, Hanoi 50% and Hung Yen/Thai Nguyen x`
