CNC Shop Foreman

* Manage and give instruction for Leaders, Operators and new employees.
* Provide technical support for all pieces parts programs, tooling . Ideally to reduce cycle time.
* Oversee and direct teams with part programs.
* Supervise all Running Orders to make sure they catch-up due date, or even expend the due date as needed.
* Screening all programs and setup procedure before issue for Shop.
* Make ideal for spec tool and approve tools list which make by Programmers.
* Dispose new parts project to get order for site.
* Contribute new ideas to improve Product's quantity and quality.
* Work with vendors related to Tooling, Material. Advice requirement to vendors as needed.

1. 5 years of CNC Shop Foreman experience
2. CNC Machining experience should include both operation as well as programming and set up
3. Good knowledge of Solid works, Master cam and program
4. Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineer
5. English : Intermediate
