Cluster Director of Finance

• Responsible for short and long term planning and the daily operation of the Finance department
• Develop and recommend the department's budget and objectives.
• Responsible for reporting financial results to the General Manager.
• Establishes, coordinate and administer all financial system, internal controls and the hotel's capital expenditure plan.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, operating results, financial reports and tax returns in compliance with government regulations.
• Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and participating in the activities of all Accounting personnel.
• To implement a strategic overview of a multi-site team to ensure synergy, efficiency and compliance in all financial disciplines to maximize returns for the owner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international hotels in accounting or audit with at least one year in a Financial Controller or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge in hospitality business and Vietnam accounting principals and tax exposures.
• Familiar with the Uniform system of Accounts.
• Commensurate experience with Sun Financial software.
• Fluency in Vietnamese both written and oral
• Excellent communication skills in English
