Mô tả công việc
• Manage all aspects of the Club InterContinental Lounge/Butler/guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to Club InterContinental guests/IHG Rewards Club/Ambassador members/VIPs.
• Oversees and manages all aspects of Club InterContinental Lounge for Front Office, Housekeeping, Butler Service, and Food and Beverage services. She/he also assists the Director of Club InterContinental with administration and training for all staff members.
• Assist with reports on operational and personnel issues, including budgets, departmental expenses as well as updates and changes made to staffing, service sequences, promotions, events, challenges and successes to the hotel management.
• Maintain excellent relations and communications with the team members as well as all other hotel departments.
• Monitor Butlers/Butler Supervisors to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure for all Club Intercontinental section
