› Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of all customer’s system environments (complete software factory cycle:integration, validation, pre production and production environments) within the limits of requirements, costs and timelines. Supervise the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of infrastructure for all Cloud Engineering customers (i.e. SecuTix, customer’s projects ...)
› Define and execute strategic plan for Cloud engineering team, in synergy with strategic plan from the counterpart units to fulfill the SSO business line strategic objectives
› Serve as the liaison for Cloud Engineering team with other teams both in VN and CH, negotiate and resolve collaboration, sensitive and controversial issues
› Communicate and report daily the operations status to counterpart managers in ELCA CH and respective managers in VN. Follow-up the issues happened and actions to be done
› Manage work plan for Cloud Engineering staffs; assign work activities, projects, and programs; supervise, review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures
› Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solution to improve the operations

Yêu cầu ứng viên
› University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
› Those with professional certificates such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, etc are encouraged to apply
› At least 8 years of relevant experience in managing a team and delivery of IT project
› Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills required
› Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small team
› Ability to work comfortably in a fast changing environment on interesting technical challenges
› Proven hands-on network engineering experience
› Good knowledge of Windows, VMware, Hyper-V and Linux OS
› Good knowledge in AWS system operations
› Having ITIL standard experience is a plus
› Very strong technical, analytical & problem solving skills.
› Excellent communications. Service oriented mindset, strong team spirit
› Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
› People management and development
