FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
REPORTS TO: Director of Media Sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
60% Sales Development:
- Responsible for annual sales target by training and analyzing reports.
- Develop business plan and new potential clients plan to achieve the top-line sales target of the assigned OOH media product unit.
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
- Achieve 90% of the revenue & profit target
40% Client service and upholding client relationships:
- Build strategic partnerships with new and existing clients by providing value-adding services.
- Entertains clients when necessary.
- Invite clients to Company’s events and function and take care of them to maintain strong relationship.
- Handle efficiently and effectively clients’ inquiries to ensure clients are happy with our services.
- Instantly update clients’ on company activities to seek business opportunities.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
- No more than 5 complaints/ mistakes per year.
- Build relationship with at least 60 clients per year

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated (Digital sales preferable)
- Experience in a similar professional role or adequate experience at least 1 year.
- A good knowledge of Digital or any Media Industry is important.
- Good communication skills in writing and speaking in both English and Vietnamese
- Strong analysis, presenting and negotiation skills
- Good at Office computer skills
- Ability to work long hours, often under pressure meeting tight deadlines
- Experience in a similar professional role or adequate experience at least 1 year.
- A good knowledge of Digital or any Media Industry is important.
- Good communication skills in writing and speaking in both English and Vietnamese
