Mô tả công việc
Key responsibilities
• Create and manage existing clients’ profiles and contract status.
• Supervise and follow up on entire aftersales process from documentation signing to payment collection. Make sure all documents are signed, kept tracked properly and related tasks are done in due course.
• Explain and assist clients on signing Sales & Purchase Contract
• Manage general correspondence with clients (e-mail, letters, direct mailing etc.).
• Coordinate with Sales team and third parties to make sure client’s issues are promptly and. closely followed up, all requested documents are provided.
• Organize client’s inspection trip, contract signing trip and related documents execution.
• Provide good after-sales services to existing clients.

Key requirements
Candidates are required to have below skills
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication, specially email corresponding.
• Proven experience as Customer Relations Supervisor or relevant roles
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Working under pressure
• With confident and energetic manner
