About The Role
Role Location: ANZ Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City
Role Type: 8 month fixed term, full time opportunity

As a Client Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the servicing of the clients within Cash Management Service that covers both complex and simple product fulfilment to support sales origination activity, in addition to activities relating to the day to day management of customer enquiries. You will provide the entry point and first experience for new customers and is critical to the delivery of new revenue and to meet customer expectations. You will also be responsible for the daily running and management of the calls and customers to ensure calls are constantly well managed to resolve customer’s problem in a timely manner within the SLA, meeting customer’s expectations and achieving customer’s delight.
In addition, you are also responsible for:
• Provide timely, courteous and professional customer service; Identify and resolve customer needs as a first point of contact.
• Refer or escalate, in a prompt and professional manner, customer enquiries requiring specialised information; Keep the customer up to date with the progress of an enquiry for any calls that have been redirected or escalated.
• Work with customers to better understand their needs and requirements and tailoring appropriate solutions in line with bank guidelines as well as refer sales opportunities to the relevant departments through cross-selling.
• Follow up with Trade Operations and customers for new Drawdown / Matured loans / Repricing / Prepayment for Trade loans / Working Capital / Term Loan related to forms, supporting document & LAA conditions, general inquiries such as status of Drawdown, Status of fund, reference of transaction.
• Undertake all fulfilment and enquiry related to customers’ needs and proactively manage their issues and take complete ownership of the enquiry until completion.
• Promote the service proposition by ensuring business partners are engaged appropriately, customer requests are actioned within a mutually acceptable time frame, and a proactive approach is taken to servicing clients.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
• Experience in working with Institutional Banking products and services.
• Sound understanding of fundamental working capital solutions products and services.
• Knowledgeable in legal requirements and procedures for implementing documentation to ensure that the bank is not exposed to any litigation.
• Sound telecommunication and sales skills.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels of management and staff, demonstrate good computer skills and ability to grasp technical concepts.
• Focused on getting things done within a large organisation, sticking to timelines, having a focus on getting the solution delivered to the client quickly and efficiently, being willing to go the extra mile to make sure things get done.
• Well-developed time management and work prioritisation skills.
