Mô tả công việc
As a Client Risk and litigation officer, you will be working closely with the Sales Administration team and Administrative & Financial Managers in Asia Market, and you will have in charge the following:
• To manage CASH-IN reconciliations;
• To manage recovery action on debts in accordance with the systems, processes and guidelines issued by the company;
• To update and maintain appropriate systems to ensure that all recovery measures are based on correctly held data;
• To engage with customers using a variety of means to obtain information which can be used in the debt recovery process;
• To ensure that debtors are advised of their position and the procedures that will be followed to recover the debt;
• To advise your manager on issues affecting the debt recovery processes, both in general terms and on individual cases;
• To assist in the delivery of high quality, efficient, responsive and professionally competent service, within the framework of the company guideline, good practice and the relevant legislation;
• To liaise with Business and other financial departments to ensure all debts are properly managed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from a business school, Finance/ Accounting or Banking major are preferable;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance/ banking industry or customer service position, in recovery or bad debts service would be a plus;
• Fluent English + Chinese (both verbal & written). Another foreign language such as French would be a plus;
• Excellent investigation and resolution skills; Resistance to pressure;
• Possess traits of being structured, disciplined, flexible and responsive;
• Practical working experience in customer service oriented atmosphere;
• Strong collaboration, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
