Mô tả công việc
Main tasks:
o To handle inquiries from customers.
o To contact customer over phone and process customer request (incl. time deposit, foreign exchange, loan & trade finance transactions) as part of the whole process correctly and efficiently.
o To act as the main administrative staff for CBA team.
o To contribute with department to achieve the target and increase customer’s transaction.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
o University degree in Banking, Finance, Trade or related fields.
o Working experience in banking, especially in foreign banks is preferable (newly graduated person is also acceptable).
o Fluent in Vietnamese and English (oral & written); Japanese ability is preferable.
o Hardworking, strong interpersonal and communication skills; sense of teamwork, responsibility, initiative,
o Ability to work under pressure.
o Excellent office computer skills.
