Cleandye Logistic Executive

Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Daily operation of Import and Export
• Manage customs declaration activities
• Control the forwarders
• Inventory management, billing, reporting.
• Contact with freight forwarder and carrier to arrange booking shipment or delivery of shipment
• Ensure the delivery time of import and export shipment.
• Keep track of delivery time and collect back selling invoice from outsource transportation, deliveryman and coordinate with Accounting, Merchandising team to solve any wrong delivery.
• Support 3rd parties to research, identify and obtain permits, licenses and certificates that are required for customs and clearance.
• Create the Import and export report
• Coordinate with related department for document/ procedure relating to import, custom clearance, forwarder and duty tax exemption.
• Manage and follow up 3PLs on return & recall products.
• Other jobs upon request from manager
• Working area: Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, Hochiminh city.

• At least 1-2 years experience in import-export field
• Hands-on experience with customs software
• Knowledge about Viet Nam Customs law, Incoterms
• Fluent in English, good computer skills (MS. Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and communicative with co-workers and managers
• High interpersonal skills and willing to learn
