Cleandye Assistant Production Leader & Co2 Process Engineer

Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Planning of CO2 production batches for the DyeOx machines and good communication with shift-leaders and operators to uphold output of the machine.
• Compliancy of operations around CO2 dyeing machine, regarding safety and protocols.
• Learn and understand the CO2 dyeing process and machine functionality.
• Learn and understand how to control and operate the DyeOx machine.
• Learn and understand about quality control of the product.
• Analysis of batch process diagrams and fabric results and understand the relation.
• Transfer your relevant gained knowledge to shift leaders.
• Monitor and report machine performance (output) and machine elements to identify potential improvements and possible non-conformances.
• Communication with engineering to co-ordinate maintenance activities with production.
• Overall supervison of dyeing and finishing;
• Ensure planning and coordination with Lab, Merchandising and Quality Control
• Check daily production report;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by General Manager.
With more experience, you will have to extend your duties to:
• Set up designs of experiment in order to improve, optimise and diversify the functionality of the machine with regards to consumption, output and quality.
• Improve and test the dyeing process by adjustment of parameters, all in relation to the quality of the production.

• University Master Diploma in a technical or scientific field.
• Good analytical skills, fast learning abilities and enthusiasm to learn.
• At least 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbally.
• Good MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Leadership roles and experience are a positive.
• (High Pressure) Process engineering experience is a positive.
• Experience with CO2 machinery is a positive.
• Experience within the fabric industry is a positive.
