** Your scope of work
• Marketing: Assist team to conduct marketing affairs: daily online news posting, conducting workshops, events; write success stories
• Recruitment:
Students: filter applications, conduct batch interviews, proceed onboard
Instructor: scan CV, conduct interview, onboarding
• Class management: Class preparation, check attendance, conduct cool activities and events to get student engaged and motivated; send out and analyze weekly feedback survey to maintain the program NPS (net promotion score)
• Events: logistics well prepare for happy hours, workshops, demo days
• Assist to Leaders to ensure the program high quality

** What you will do:
Continue our success in Ho Chi Minh City, we are launching the program in Hanoi, to conduct it smoothly, we are recruiting for 1 project assistant to join our amazing organization team.
The program divides into 3 phases:
• Phase 1 – Recruitment, includes partners, students and instructors recruitment
• Phase 2 - Class operation: where 300 selected students start their learning journey within 10 weeks and meanwhile teamworking to develop an innovation product solving 1 real-world problem from 1 partner company.
• Phase 3 - Demo day, where students present about their final product to win the program valued prizes.

ABOUT THE JOB:
To upskill Vietnamese student developers and provide them with workplace readiness skills, Facebook is partnering with CoderSchool to launch Developer Circles Vietnam Innovation Challenge - a 18-month training and competition program across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Danang about mobile development, product management and data science.

• Good computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Email)
• Fluent in English
