Mô tả công việc
• Manage claim department to ensure that all claim requests are handled professionally, accurately and timely to effectively support the achievement of company strategic objectives and business plan.
• Build and standardize claim procedures and claim process including workflow, forms, guidelines, reports and letters.
• Ensure claim process is consistent with applicable policies, procedures, guidelines of the Company and laws.
• Train and support to sales forces through emails, telephone calls, sharing sessions, consultancy to help and guide them fulfill their claim forms and other medical documents. Provide feedback to Sales forces for both positive and negative performances.
• Oversee the payment of claims on the basis of the coverage of the insurance customer, the proof of damage and an insurance appraisal. Ensure that claims are valid according to the company policy and consult with legal representation when it is necessary.
• Analyze and assess claim features periodically to determinate claim trend and find out main reason, then can report to CFO and relevant departments including Actuarial, Underwriting, Agency, Compliance and Legal.
• Cooperate with Claim Working Group of the industry.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree or above with preferable medical background.
• At least 5 years of experiences in life insurance industry & claim management position.
• Good command of English and computer skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good persuasion, negotiation and investigation skills.
• Good leadership skills to run the claims department.
• At least 5 years of experiences in life insurance industry & claim management position.
