*** Job Description:
- Check design work from sub-con about Water treatment plant: check structural calculate report, architect drawings, structural drawings, estimation report.
- Mainly in charge of the design work including Structural calculation, Design detail Drawing for Water Treatment Plant, steel structure, concrete structure, building and others related to Civil and Building Works.
- Prepare construction plan, inspection and test plan, site schedule... for site.
- Control site works as Site Engineer of Main Contractor, Safety first, Quality, Schedule, Risk assessment.
- Make, check, control all document: daily report, site diary, weekly report, inspection report, minute of meeting, as built drawings, testing record, monthly report...
- Work independent skill good, team work skill good. Excellent communication, negotiation, time control skill.
- Join all meeting (daily, weekly) with Owner, Consultant, Sub-Contractor, Join Site Safety patrol.
- Honestly, quick learning, diligent, problem solving, abilities, willing go to site often at Northern and Southern Vietnam.
- Having Construction practice certificate in supervision. Experience in EPC project.

Job Requirement:
- Education background: University (Major in Electrical)
- Gender: Male (25 – 30 years old)
- Appearance: Necessary/Uncertain
- Minimum 4 years working experienced as civil engineer for Water Treatment Plant.
- Have experience of supervising work at construction site is preferred.
- Site Management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and several years working experience in ZwCAD, Structural Construction.
- Familiarization of Vietnamese and International Construction Standard/Code (QCVN, TCVN, TCXDVN, JIS…)
- Understand the Design and Construction Law of Vietnam, construction process and other related procedures for Design and Construction in Vietnam.
- Experience in joining Waste Water Treatment Plant projects is preferred.
- Experience in Civil Site Supervisor, Site Manager.
- Willing to go oversea for training and working.
- Other skills:
o Good English Communication.
o Zw CAD
o Microsoft Office
- Work license: “Chứng chỉ hành nghề Giám sát thi công xây dựng hạng 2”
***Other preferred:
- Around 4 years experienced civil site works. High adaption and capability to work under pressure.
- Prefer the person has a strong sense of responsibility and have ability to lead subcontractor.
