Responsibility for designing and controlling civil work of assigned CAPEX projects:
+ Detail design of some steel structure, building structure, foundation or checking detail design of consultant.
+ Planning, executing and controlling civil activities of CAPEX projects assigned within budget and time fram.
+ Contract preparation and contract control.
+ Control civil activities of CAPEX projects assigned to fulfill the technical requirements.
+ Supervising contractor's works.
+ Coordinating with mechanical/ electrical activities for project smoothly running.
+ Executing feasibility study & technical study.
+ Executing the design.
OHS:
+ Supervising, monitoring, warming all contractors, subcontractors in compliance with OHS regulation.
+ Ensure that all plants, equipment, tools and PPEs of contractors/ subcontractors are in safe condition which inspected.
+ Reporting, investigating and correcting all hazards, incidents and near miss found on sites.
