Civil Engineering Manager

Lead and take charge of technical and commercial support of civil, structural and architectural system for bidding process either pre-contract phase or post contract phase. Lead and take charge of development, implementation and enforcement of civil, structural and architectural engineering design processes/ workflows and standards. Lead and take charge of project planning, execution and implementation of civil, structural and architectural system. Other than that, manage and growth civil engineering team.
 Plans and directs all aspects of civil, structural and architectural engineering activities within an organization.
 Ensures all civil, structural and architectural engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives.
 Supervise and lead engineers who design, plan and develop civil, structural and architectural system in project basis.
 Hire, train, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff.
 Write performance reviews and solve internal issues.
 Discuss and layout project specifications.
 Make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
 Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts for civil, structural and architectural system and project.
 Review and recommend contracts for civil, structural and architectural system and project.
 Develop cost estimates for civil, structural and architectural system and project.
 Draft proposals and reports for clients for civil, structural and architectural system and project.

Education:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Working Experience:
 At least 8 years progressive working experience in engineering design and project execution
 Familiar with civil, structural and architectural system
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
 Excellent presentation skills and marketing skills;
 Good written and spoken English
 Civil and Structural Design knowledge
Special Requirements:
 Willing to travel; domestic and/ or international
 Hands on’ management philosophy with a willingness to ‘roll up sleeves’ mentaility.
