Civil Engineer (Working At VSIP Quang Ngai)

• Overseeing contractor’s supervision of the construction activities as per predetermined Inspection test plan with identified Hold Points.
• Study and understand the execution drawings for each stream
o Resolve the execution queries in consultation with design consultant
• Monitor Quality Planning and Quality Assurance.
• Review and approve construction schedules proposed and periodically updated by the Contractors.
• Review and approve contractor’s method statement, erection procedures and work plans.
• Review adequacy of Contractor’s manpower and other resources for execution of site work as per approved schedules.
• Monitor site activities with respect to the latest approved schedules.
• Anticipate potential conflicts between Contractors regarding access to work fronts, sharing of facilities, resources, etc.
• Review Contractor’s work plans for ensuing week / month.
• Conduct regular Project review Meetings to assess quality, schedule, safety etc and advise corrective action if any.
• Supervisory project civil works
• Coordination on site with all stakeholder in project; especially consultant & contractors & Bekaert team.
• Manage all consultant & construction’s document and drawing.
• Check material and installation work quality and safety.
• Check time schedule & cost control.
• Daily and weekly report
• Report to project manager

• University degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years engineering experience preferably in manufacturing plant in project management
• Able to understand construction civil & architect drawing and practical civil term.
• Able to operate software autocad and MS project.
• Good responsibility, calmness and quick decision-making ability.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skill.
• Problem solving skill.
