Civil Engineer

* Job description / Mô tả công việc

- Establishing volumes and dissecting project estimates. Make quotation
Lập khối lượng, bóc tách dự toán công trình; Làm báo giá
- Control project scope, planning, cost and quality
Kiểm soát phạm vi dự án, lập kế hoạch, chi phí và chất lượng.
- Manage subcontractors Site technical supervision at projects; Monitoring progress, construction quality management.
Quản lý thầu phụ. Giám sát kĩ thuật hiện trường tại các dự án; Giám sát tiến độ, quản lý chất lượng thi công.
- Prepare acceptance documents. Manage drawings, volumes, and acceptance records.
Lập hồ sơ nghiệm thu. Quản lý hồ sơ bản vẽ, khối lượng, biên bản nghiệm thu.
- Completing the completed construction drawing.
Hoàn thiện bản vẽ hoàn công công trình hoàn thành.
- Other jobs as assigned and arranged by superiors

- Gender: Male
Giới tính: Nam
- Graduated from University of civil engineering or a related field
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành xây dựng hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan
- Experience: Over 8 years in the construction field
Kinh nghiệm: trên 8 năm trong lĩnh vực xây dựng
- Have good communication in English
Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh
