Civil / Bridge Structure Design Engineer

PONTECH JSC is expanding our services. We are looking for new members for our structural design team, with following positions of Structural design Engineers:
• 2 Civil Engineers specialized in design of building structures;
• 2 Bridge Engineers specialized in design of bridge structures;
• 2 Structural Shop drawing Detailers

Job descriptions:
You will work on all phases of structural design for buildings, bridges and other infrastructure projects, including:
• Technical responsibility: Initiate the design and calculation of building or bridge structures, and develop concept drawings until shop drawings.
• Project coordination: Working with internal and external stakeholders in both local & overseas projects to deliver smooth and effective execution
• Details shall be discussed directly at the interview

Work Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

• You have Bachelor Degree in Civil or Bridge structure Engineering;
• You have 1 to 5-years experiences in structure design: Design, modelling and analyze civil structures and prepare detail drawings (concrete building, steel building, roof structure…) or bridge structures;

• The Civil Engineer must have solid skills in using Etabs, and familiar with using other structural analysis softwares such as Sap, Robot or Staadpro. And you have experienced in applying design standards, including Vietnamese standards and ASCE/AISC/ACI or Eurocodes.

• The Bridge Engineer must be capable in using common bridge structural analysis software such as Midas or others. You have experiences in applying international design standards AASHTO LRFD or Eurocodes.

• The Shop drawing Detailer should have at least 1 to 3-years experience in detailing shop drawings for both concrete and steel structures. You are proficiency in using AutoCAD and Revit Structure, proficiency in Tekla and passion for BIM is an advantage.

• All positions must have critical thinking, ability to identify and resolve technical problems, good command of English.
