Coordinate with the regional HR team to build an A-team to support growing city operations.
Coordinate with the local production and dispatch team to ensure all orders are prepared and delivered timely.
Coordinate with the regional Finance team on expenses reporting.
Move fast and be biased toward action.
Motivate and leverage existing and new staff to continually up-level their results.
Works continually towards self-development to stay current on business growth and supervisory procedures & practices.
