City Manager

The foreseeable job scope will include the following:
· Lead a team to grow our Study Abroad business in HCMC and neighboring cities
· Put up job postings, conduct interviews and hire to expand the team in HCMC when deemed needed by management
· Train new members of the team in Sales, Marketing and Operations
· Business Development
· Following up with sales leads through calls, emails and consultations, as well as provide post-sales customer service to students and parents
· Build and maintain business partnerships in HCMC
· Manage the operational demands from our service offerings and run events
· Study our competitive landscape and collect customer feedback to improve our service offerings

We are seeking for native Vietnamese who possess:
· Business-level English in speaking and writing
· A university degree
· An entrepreneurial spirit
· Ability to effectively lead and manage a team to achieve the company’s goals
· Managerial Experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Passion in sales and making a positive impact on students’ education
· Bonus points if you have either or all of the following: 1) Have worked in the Study Abroad industry 2) Possess related Sales or Marketing experience 3) Have experience studying abroad
