The foreseeable job scope will include the following:
• Lead a team to grow our Study Abroad business in Ho Chi Minh city
• Put up job postings, conduct interviews and hire to expand the team in Ho Chi Minh city when deemed needed by management
• Train new members of the team in Sales, Marketing and Operations
• Business Development
• Build and maintain business partnerships in Ho Chi Minh city
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for our Vietnam market, both online and offline
• Following up with sales leads through calls, emails and consultations, as well as provide post-sales customer service to students and parents
• Manage the operational demands from our service offerings and run events
• Study our competitive landscape and collect customer feedback to improve our service offerings

Yêu cầu ứng viên
We are seeking for native Vietnamese who possess:
• Business-level English in speaking and writing
• A university degree
• An entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to effectively lead and manage a team to achieve the company’s goals
• Experience in sales, studying abroad, or working in the study abroad industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion in sales and making a positive impact on students’ education
• Bonus points if you have either or all of the following: 1) Have worked in the Study Abroad industry 2) Possess related Sales or Marketing experience 3) Have experience studying abroad
• Business-level English in speaking and writing
