City Director - Hanoi

Lalamove is disrupting the logistics industry by connecting customers and drivers directly through our technology. We offer customers a lightning fast and convenient way to book delivery and moving services whether they are at their home, at work or on the go. People talk about O2O, we live it.

Onto our sixth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and Philippines our aspirations don’t stop there as our model has the ability to transform how goods moved in any city worldwide. Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join as City Director, Hanoi as we continue to expand our presence and capabilities across Vietnam and SEA.

What you will do:

- Operations Management: deploy and manage local driver, customer service and sales operations based on Lalamove standards. Implement local and global initiatives and SOPs
- Partnership Management: execution of regional and local partnerships to ensure consistent business user base growth at City level
- Sales Management: oversee and drive local sales to acquire and retain business user
- Driving Performance: prioritize and optimize team activities to achieve consistent success in meeting KPIs
- Knowledge Sharing: actively participate in the sharing of best practices to your peers, management and employees
- Leadership: Build and lead a strong team of local talent to run city operations

- Minimum 3 years work experience, ideally gained in the O2O / E Commerce industry
- Strong experience in operations management and prior leadership experience
- Vietnamese national fluent in English and Vietnamese
