Circuit Design Engineer (At All Levels)

• Design and verify DDR IO designs following JEDEC
• Maintain and improve the performance of designs
• Work with layout engineers to enhance/ensure the layout performance for highspeed or sensitive analog circuitry (Bandgap, Amplifier, Comparator, etc)
• Estimate and manage the schedule commitment
• Collaborate with designers/managers to develop the design methodology and the QA flow

1. Experienced Circuit Design Engineer
• 2+ year’s Analog circuit design experience;
• Experienced in transistor-level CMOS design and DDR IO circuit designs;
• Experienced in device evaluation and characterization, RC extraction, library characterization;
• Familiar with HSPICE/HSIM/XA simulation tools and EDA tools;
• Responsibility, collaborative and discipline;
• Good English and Vietnamese communication;
• Ability to read and understand technical materials in English well;
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering. Experience with Cadence, Synopsys tools a plus;

2. Junior Circuit Design Engineer
• BSEE/MSEE is required with course emphasis on microelectronics (Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Automation and Physics – Electronics)
• Basic knowledge of CMOS and Analog/Digital Circuit Design required
• Knowledge of HSPICE/HSIM/XA simulation tools and EDA tools a plus
• Ability in using UNIX based systems is a plus
• Ability to use PERL and other scripting languages to control data and working environment is a plus.
• High GPA score (7.0 and above)
• Responsibility, collaborative and discipline
• Good English and Vietnamese communication
• Ability to read and understand technical materials in English well
