CIP & 5S Specialist/ Industrial Engineer

o Is in charge of the overall Continuous Improvement and 5S processes and performances of our production facility and will provide guidance and direction to the overall plant
o Take an active role within the organization to ensure that CI & 5s programs are maintained and performance and quality goals are met
o Ensure the complete organization is covered under the CI & 5S program – this includes the build-up of an employee engaged work environment
o Optimization and continuous improvement of all manufacturing processes – this includes tracking tools and measurements to support CI & 5S initiatives
o Train and develop colleagues to all related topics and motivate them to focus and follow the rules and regulations
o Run improvement workshops based on CTO data analysis
o Active role in the daily production and changeover meeting, in charge of the Action tracker
o Takeover tasks of Mr. Duy (CTO data and process controller) in case of absence
o Driver of the future LEAN – transformation

o University degree in related field or equivalent
o Min 2 year experience in similar role in manufacturing environment, plastic industry will be preferred
o Experience with 5S and CIP will be preferred
o Experience in auditing is appreciated
