CI (Continuous Improvement) Supervisor

Responsibility: 5 keys (Analyst Business Process; Develop Strategies; Lead Activities; Monitor progress; Provide Mentorship)

The CI Engineer will be responsible for leading Continuous Improvement Projects to achieve required goals and targets, understanding, identifying, and eliminating wastes in business processes, determining, developing, and driving processes to ensure efficiency, productivity and cost targets are achieved by implementing, but not limited responsibilities as follows:

1. Manage the pilot Autonomous Maintenance project by coordinating with external consultant and project team members to implement the project as plan, offering necessary supports to project team during project implementing period, following up progress, and taking necessary actions to ensure the achievement of the project on its scheduling and objectives.
2. In charge for all 5Ss activities managing in the company from making master plan, developing requirement documents/forms, assess implementation of the departments by regularly audits, reporting status, and following requirement corrective actions. Identifying new 5S projects aiming to eliminate wastes and improve the efficiency.
3. Coordinate all identified Six Sigma projects, cooperate with projects team developing the sufficient project plan, arrange trainings for the project team to equip them necessary knowledge and skills to implement projects, such as: technical knowledge, project management skills, data collection/ analyze skills, etc., support and monitor project progress to ensure the achievement of project’s objective and targets.
4. Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change
5. Identify and coordinate with departments/project teams in implementing Kaizen activities, ensure supporting requirements are delivered in time, follow up its progress to ensure the successful of the activities,
6. Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design and create process documentation
7. Analyze business processes, assess working conditions, and coordinate with department to determine areas for improvement, wastes in term of cost, productivity, efficiency, and safety. Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility .Promote continuous improvement culture/knowledge for all level of employees.
8. Be responsible for regular CI reports for Line Manager as well as regional reports.

• Bachelor degree in technical. Continuous Improvement background is an advantage.
• At least 4 years of working experience in industrial companies which apply continuous improvement programs
• Having experience in 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, project management, and other concepts of continuous improvement
• Having good competencies of change and innovation, relationship management, performance and result oriented, and technical/functional expertise.
• Fluent in English and MS. Office
• Good in problem solving skill, influencing skill, communication skills, and presentation skill. Willing to learn, strong teamwork spirit, flexibility, and can work independently
