Mô tả công việc

- Handle all jobs in the recruitment process: Analyzing recruitment needs, making the recruitment plan, searching candidates, creating and posting job advertisements, short-listing CVs, organizing tests/interviews, sending job offer to successful candidates and implementing on-boarding training.
- Develop, update, follow up, and review recruitment strategy.
- Develop and update all procedure/process related to recruitment.
- Search and identify reliable service provider(s) for recruitment & selection services;
- Accountable for all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, and follow-up; ensure all aspects of the new hire process are timely, accurate and lead to a positive experience for all involved;
- Do others HR task as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College graduated
• 1 year experience in the same position is preferred
• Communication skills
• English email writing and speaking
