Chuyên Viên Tuân Thủ CSR - Compliance

We are looking for the talent for Executive - Compliance who will be responsible for:
1. Visiting internal Sub - Business Unit’s and identify sustainability projects that need to be implemented whilst, ensuring that the following activities are conducted in a timely and an effective manner:
- Determine the scope of the project
- Identify relevant vendors and raise quotations
- Obtain approval from relevant persons
- Forward/ handover the project details to the relevant SBU
- Monitor the progression of same and provide necessary feedback
2. Organizing monthly Compliance Forum and facilitating discussions among plant representatives with regard to compliance and sustainability thereby, arriving at action points to be implemented across relevant SBU’s, whilst, preparing meeting minutes to be circulated among the group
3. Preparing the MERP (MAS Environmental Reporting Program) by collecting environmental data relevant to water, electricity, emissions,... and updating the system with the help of MAS IT team in order to facilitate the establishment of sustainability KPI’s within the organization
4. Updating the compliance intranet on a regular basis whilst, uploading relevant information with regard to audits etc. to factory database in order to ensure that relevant/ accurate data is available at all times
5. Ensuring adherence to organizational standards in areas such as MOS, SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety and 5S in all day today activities whilst assisting in relevant projects
6. Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

- Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field (Preferably Engineering / environmental sustainability);
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience including exposure to Compliance activities/ Sustainability implementation / Good Project Management skills; having experience in Manufacturing Company, special in Garment Factory would be an advantage.
- Good command in English;
- Analytical, Good communication and Interpersonal skill;
- Organized and detail oriented;
- Methodical and responsiveness.
