Chuyên Viên Tư Vấn Giáo Dục(Không Yêu Cầu Kinh Nghiệm) - Academic Consultant - Salary Up To 1200Usd/month

One On One English is looking for ambitious and driven Academic Consultants to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your job will have responsibilities as below:
• Sell One On One English language courses to prospective parents and students.
• Arrange phone consultations, understand customer needs and pains, book and onboard trial lessons, and close deals by treating objections and emphasizing company USPs.
• Build trust and develop long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Provide excellent follow-up sessions for students and make sure they maintain good study habits.
• Go above and beyond to delight our students and their parents to help them achieve goals.
• Come up with innovative ways to maximize referrals and renewals by delighting students on a daily basis.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Input and update data in the sales CRM
• Arrange and handle payments and work with the Accounting and Finance department to collect payments.

• Ambitious, self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented. Strong time management and communication skills are a must.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Highest levels of integrity and a track record of strong ethics.
• Able to work long hours and under high pressure to meet monthly sales targets.
• Genuinely curious about meeting new people and knowing more about students/clients.
• Caring and service-minded.
• Creative self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and “can do” attitude.
• Passionate about education and selling.
• Vietnamese National with a university degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year of sales experience in B2C and excellent telephone skills.
• Able to converse and write in English comfortably -- i.e. 5.0+ IELTS.
