Chuyên viên Marketing

- Build the demand of the company products in the market through marketing strategies. Manage the marketing departments and be able to complete the monthly tasks.

- Work very closely with Sales staff on daily basis (field visit with Sales, meeting with each of sales staff everyday). Be in charge of tracking the performance of the territory (Sales performance volume, Direct-To-Consumer trial rate control actual selling price on trade), identify the relevant brand focus for his/her territory and drive for brand awareness, trials and repeated purchase of the territory together with Sales.

- Understand the territory characteristics, the consumer profile and segmentation, the specific trade environment and retailers’ special needs and wants of the responsible area.

- Brainstorm with Sales and director and design marketing strategies for each customer including scheme, duration, execution briefing, and performance tracking procedure.

- Develop relevant visibility strategy for the territory and work closely with Sales to control the deployment & monitoring of marketing strategies on the responsible territory.

- Work with outsourcing partners for marketing and back office management team for the maintenance and Key visual roll out.

- Build the franchise brand. Corporate with media team to create the brand identity. Manage the whole process of media team’s works such as designs related to the franchise, menu introduction videos and photography. Come up with ideas to make the brand special and the marketing strategies that franchisee need.

• Required to have deep understanding about marketing strategies and high online marketing knowledge. • Do basic customer services • Come up with detail plans of monthly marketing • Come up with ideas to improve current marketing strategies. • Be able to discuss in English with the director about marketing directions and strategies (the general directions and purposes will be given and discussed together every month).
