- Consulting and introducing available source of Chinese clients about residential projects in Vietnam
- Proactive looking for potential clients in Vietnam
- Approach prospective clients and showcase the best projects based on the client’s needs; Seek appointments & follow up on clients who show interest
- Maintain and develop relationship with landlords and clients.
- Interact with clients and build a professional network.
- Follow up on relevant paperwork to complete the purchasing process

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Native Chinese is welcomed
- Proficient in Chinese/English
- Experience is NOT required for Chinese Speaker and will be trained
- For other Applicants, English and experience in real estate market in Vietnam is a MUST
- Negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other persons
