Temporary Labor Contract in 8-10 months

 Job Description:

Make delivery plan for customers.
Control PO from the customers and closely working with customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.
Handling precursor declaration and chemical declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any)
Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers.
Control & manage NG & replace to customers
Be responsible to place PO to suppliers; follow up, and control this category of materials to meet the timing and reliability of the company.
Based on Purchase Requisition, or forecast from Sale team, purchase materials per purchasing procedure and company’s policies.
Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly.
Other related jobs will be adjusted and assigned by manager.
Report to the Section Manager.

Requirements:

University graduate, fresher is also welcomed.
Good at English.
Good at communication, and interpersonal skills.
Having experience in import-export, purchasing, and logistics (Experience in the Plastics or Chemical fields is preferable).
Hard working, responsible, and reliable person.
Ability to work under high pressure and can work overtime.
Computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Benefits:

Salary: Negotiated based on experience & qualifications
Working time: 7.5 hrs /day

Hanoi head office: 7.5 hrs/day (8:30 – 17:00), 5 days/ week (Mon-Fri)
