Have responsibility to compile and prepare registration dossiers/ Có trách nhiệm biên soạn và chuẩn bị hồ sơ đăng ký.
Closely follow up the status of application from the time of submission until getting approval/ Theo dõi chặt chẽ tình trạng của ứng dụng từ khi nộp cho đến khi được phê duyệt
Liaise with departmental and corporate personnel and with other departments/ Phối hợp và hỗ trợ với nhân viên phòng ban và với các bộ phận có liên quan
Support Product Specialist in following up & making new or renewed registration for all company products, following up expiry of FSC, EC & ISO to update timely & distribution authorization term…)./ Hỗ trợ Chuyên viên sản phẩm theo dõi và đăng ký tất cả các sản phẩm của Công ty, theo dõi hạn hiệu lực các chứng chỉ FSC, EC & ISO để xin mới kịp thời và theo dõi thời hạn ủy quyền phân phối.
Read and check Medical Devices application/ Đọc và kiểm tra hồ sơ đăng ký các trang thiết bị y tế
Work with partners & services to implement registration applications & renewals fully as per MOH requirements/ Làm việc với đối tác về việc bổ sung hồ sơ đăng ký mới và gia hạn đầy đủ theo đúng quy định của Bộ Y Tế

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree/ Bằng cử nhân.
- Knowledge of computer (Microsoft offices)/ Sử dụng tốt kỹ năng vi tính.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in the same position/ Có ít nhất 2-3 năm làm ở vị trí tương đương.
- High teamwork cooperation/ Tinh thần làm việc nhóm cao.
- Ability to work under pressure/ Có khả năng chịu áp lực cao trong công việc.
- Good English (both spoken and written)/ Khả năng tiếng anh tốt (cả về nói và viết)
