Mô tả công việc

- Work closely with ESL Coordinating team
- Develop and implement ESL curriculum and action plans
- Compose and develop materials (internal progression tests, test banks)
- Conduct training needs analysis and propose suitable training programs for teachers based on data collected
- Provide training for teachers
- Mentoring teachers as needed
- Visit classroom regularly to view close-hand the implementation of curriculum
- Support and find solutions, answer enquiries concerning ESL program
- Write and distribute high quality documents that provide faculty and parents important information about the school’s curriculum and instructional program

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Holding a good bachelor’s degree in English (master’s degree abroad is an advantage)
- IELTS band 7 or higher
- Having at least 6 months experience teaching English or at least 3 months working as manager in the field of teaching English
- Being enthusiastic and highly responsible
- Having planning, organizational, and supervisory skills
- Having communication, presentation, and training skills
- Being proactive and creative at work
- Having proficient computer skills
